Enemies now carry real weapons. Orc warriors wield swords, rogues carry daggers, the demon swings an axe. Melee range and cooldown come from the weapon stats instead of flat constants.

All orcs, skeletons, and the fire mage have attack animations with per-type weapon swings and impact effects. Weapon tip positions are tracked per frame for future pixel-perfect hit detection.

Fixed entities always facing right when attacking.
